Deb's April Calendar

So tomorrow is April and I thought I would put up the April calendar I did for my sister. April is her birthday month and we like to call her Liz (short for Queen Elizabeth) because she is very high maintenance. LOL I thought this chick captured her the best. Seems I was right. Happy Birthday, Sis, you are the best!!!! 

March ATC Guild Theme

the theme is 'gifts from the earth.' I think that it fits quite nicely with that theme. I watercolored the background and stamped the trees. Added a little 'shade' under the trees, too. 

Handsome Devil

I have been wanting to do more with my cabinet cards. So it's a good friend's sixty years and I thought this would fit him to a tee. Of course, he is to receive the first of many cabinet cards but I thought why not start with his birthday? Right?? It was fun and easy and I drew all over with the white signo pen (I need more!!!!) and wrote hamdsome devil on it. The pen just glides over the picture and I have been seeing so much of it on other blogs (mine of course, isn't as good as I have seen) but I am working on getting much better. I hope that happens! LOL  

March, 2007 Again

Here is the calendar page I did for Denise for 2007. I really like this one alot. Come on everybody do something creative everyday! It feels so good. And March is when we are all coming out of our wintery sleepiness and wanting to create, right?? Just do it. P.S. I did a lot of calendars for 2007 and all just about last minute. I work well under pressure.

Monumental

The theme of Feb. '07 ATC Guild and it was a fun one. I thought of friends and art as being monumental to me but couldn't decide which one to use. Then I saw this picture and use both themes in one atc. I thought that would be perfect and it was.
