Studio Friday - COMFORT a picture of my Dad as a young man. His little photo is in my art space in a spot where I can just glance to see him, smiling at me. This picture is a comfort and joy to me since he passed. I love his smile, he was always smiling, kind, warmhearted, funny and loving - a comfort to be in his presence.

What a wonderful tribute to your dad. I posted something very similar for Studio Friday - Comfort on my "100 Things About Me blog." It's a picture of my dad hugging me. I have at eye level on a window sill by my desk where I see it everytime I look up from my work. It brings me such comfort.
